2. Gender Advocacy and Social Inclusion
KAPOTIV2. E promotes gender equality and inclusive development by addressing social, economic, and structural barriers that affect women, girls, and marginalized populations, ensuring equitable participation and access to opportunities.

3. Capacity Building for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs)
KAPOTIVE strengthens the effectiveness of NGOs, CBOs, FBOs, and community institutions through training, mentorship, and technical support in governance, compliance, donor engagement, proposal development, reporting, and sustainability planning.

4. Smart Agriculture and Livelihoods Development
KAPOTIVE promotes climate-smart agriculture and diversified livelihood solutions—including poultry, beekeeping, dairy goat keeping, and value chain development—to enhance food security, incomes, and resilience among farming households.

5. Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL)
KAPOTIVE generates reliable evidence for decision-making and accountability through baseline, midline, and endline studies, project monitoring, community surveys, qualitative assessments, and learning-focused reporting.

6. Media, Documentation, and Development Communication
KAPOTIVE strengthens development communication and visibility through professional video documentaries, photography, graphic design, digital platforms, and advocacy materials that support resource mobilization and stakeholder engagement.

7. Community Awareness and Social Behavior Change Communication (SBCC)
KAPOTIVE promotes positive behavior change through participatory awareness campaigns using theatre arts, music, dance, drama, and community mobilization approaches tailored to local contexts and development priorities.

KAPOTIVE Target Groups / Beneficiaries

1. Youth (young women and men) – Including unemployed youth, out-of-school youth, and youth entrepreneurs.
2. Women and Girls – especially women in low-income households, women entrepreneurs, and adolescent girls.
3. Vulnerable and marginalized groups, including:
   - Widows and single mothers
   - Orphans and vulnerable children (OVC)
   - Elderly people with limited family support
   - People living with disabilities (PWDs)
   - Low-income and extremely poor households
4. Smallholder farmers and rural farming households – Including farmer groups and producer associations.
