1. To enhance socio-economic empowerment for youth, women, and vulnerable populations through sustainable livelihood and entrepreneurship support

2. To promote gender equality and social inclusion by addressing barriers that limit participation and access to opportunities for women, girls, and marginalized groups.

3. To Strengthen institutional capacity of NGOs, CBOs, FBOs, and community structures to improve governance, compliance, donor readiness, and long-term sustainability.

4. To promote smart agriculture and livelihood development to improve food security, income generation, and climate resilience among smallholder farmers and rural households.

5. To advance Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) to improve accountability, program quality, and evidence-based decision-making.

6. To strengthen development communication and visibility to enhance advocacy, learning, stakeholder engagement, and resource mobilization.

7. To promote community awareness and positive behavior change through participatory and culturally relevant approaches, including theatre and community engagement platforms.
